No. I’m a certified nutrition and endurance coach, which means I work within a specific scope of practice focused on habits, behaviors, and lifestyle nutrition. I don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If you have a medical condition that requires clinical nutrition support, I'll always refer you to the right professional.

Yes. My PN1 training included extensive coverage of GLP-1 informed coaching. Many people on GLP-1 fall back into old habits once they’re off the medication, so I work with clients who are using these medications and want real nutritional support alongside them — building the habits that make the results last long term.

Everything runs through Practice Better, a coaching platform that lets you log food, sync your wearables, message me directly, and track your habits over time. We meet for check-in calls, and I'm available between sessions for questions and adjustments.

No. There are no long term commitments or minimum periods. You can cancel at any time. Coaching works best when you're in it because you want to be, not because you're locked in. If something changes or it's not the right fit, you're never stuck.
