I'm Cameren — ultrarunner, cyclist, fastpacker, and founder of LEVE Outdoor Co., a handmade ultralight gear brand based in Placerville, CA. I've spent years moving efficiantly through the mountains and learning what it actually takes to perform out there.
Ten years ago I was extremely underweight, around 130 pounds, and had no idea why. Turns out I just wasn't eating enough. I figured that out, gained weight and muscle, and then a couple years into fatherhood and running a business I looked up and had gained a significant amount of fat. So I went the other direction and lost 25 pounds while holding onto the muscle I'd worked to build.
I've lived the full range. That's not a sales pitch. That's why I take this seriously.
I'm a father, a business owner, and an athlete. I know what it's like to try to eat well and train consistently when life doesn't slow down. I'm not coaching from perfect conditions. I'm coaching from real life.
If that sounds like the kind of coach you're looking for, let's talk.
